DESIGN and PLANNING is a major part of the process so that we will have a

design that meets your wishes, ideas, lifestyle, and budget. From our first

meeting we will discuss your wishes, ideas, and budget. We will take

measurements, and a few pictures of the project. This will minimize any

misunderstanding or time delays. With this information we will be  able to

prepare an estimate.

Once  this is done we will set up an appointment to review the project in more

detail. It is at this point that an agreement is signed.

Our services will also include plans for permits, sketches, photo 3D rendering if it

is needed, and go over your selection of material for your project.

We will protect all areas where construction will not be taking place from dust

and debris. Again we will treat you like a part of the family.
